Thank you for shopping with 4 Legends. We are committed to delivering your order with care and in a timely manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Time All products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time Once your order has been fulfilled, shipping times vary depending on the method selected at checkout:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Total delivery time = production time + shipping time.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and selected shipping method.
Lost or Damaged Orders We stand behind every order. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at 4LegendsShop@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you. Please include your order number and a photo of the damage (if applicable).
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
